TOP TIPS: 

If you WWOOF, try not to go to "lifestyle farms". They will basically want you to clean their house and cook. To find a farm that actually sells product or has a schedule and animals to milk, fields to harvest, etc., search the word "sell" on WWOOF. It helps bring up places that grow and sell stuff and go to farmers markets.
